Stupid inventions

There have been a lot of dumb things invented over the years. Take the visor. What is that? A hat that's not a hat? You want to shield your face from the sun - so wear a hat. Visors are stupid. You put it on to get the sun out of your face, you still have 'hat hair' and your part gets sunburned. Or if you're a guy who's follically challenged, your monkey butt gets burned. Great invention. Not.

Okay, call me a dork, but I LIKE my visor. It keeps the sun off my face and I don't get hat hair, nor taxi-cab-with-both-doors-open syndrome.

I saw a woman in Hawaii who was obviously unclear on the concept of a visor. She wore it on the back of her head, with the visor part sticking straight up, so she looked the the Virgin Mary with a halo or something. Maybe that was her intention.

What a dork!

Okay Beans, we can agree to disagree. Speaking of wearing a visor like a dork, there seems to be a new trend here. I have seen women (all asian) walking down the street with a visor pulled down over their faces? WTF? Now that's weird!
